I have 25 years' of business expertise, giving me a deep understanding of the skills and experiences required by different roles across different sectors. I have worked in large corporates and SMEs (in roles including general management, sales & marketing management and HR consultancy) and spent 5 years as a headhunter recruiting Board level roles in the Telecoms industry - giving me invaluable inside knowledge into recruitment processes, CV writing and how to interview effectively.

Significant business training backs my business experience. I hold an MBA from Cranfield Business School and have professional qualifications in Marketing (DipM) and Human Resource Management (Grad CIPD). I am also a Certified NLP Coach, a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and am qualified by the British Psychological Society in psychometric testing (levels A & B).

I am 49 years old, married with twin children and live with my family and 2 cats in a listed house in North Suffolk. I enjoy keeping active by road cycling, playing competitive table tennis and (watching!) rugby union - having previously played first team rugby with Wasps FC before knee injuries curtailed my career.
